Summary: ReplAI is a personal communication coaching tool. All AI processing happens on your device. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Please use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
By downloading or using ReplAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
ReplAI is developed and operated by Huseyin Ataseven ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is a personal communication coaching tool that uses on-device AI to analyze conversation screenshots and suggest reply options. All processing occurs locally on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in certain jurisdictions under GDPR) to use ReplAI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

ReplAI offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited analyses. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
ReplAI is designed to help you craft thoughtful, personal replies. You agree to use the App only for lawful personal communication purposes. You must not use the App to:
We are not responsible for the content of conversations you analyse or the replies you choose to send. You are solely responsible for your communications.
Reply suggestions are generated by Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suited to your situation. These suggestions are provided as a starting point only — you are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggested reply. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.
Your privacy is fundamental to how ReplAI works. All analysis is performed on-device; we do not collect, store, or transmit your conversation data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App, its design, graphics, name "ReplAI", and all related intellectual property are owned by Huseyin Ataseven. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary materials.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY HARM TO RELATIONSHIPS OR COMMUNICATIONS RESULTING FROM AI SUGGESTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huseyin Ataseven from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit or send using the App.
The App uses Apple's App Store, StoreKit, Vision framework, and Foundation Models framework. Your use of these services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App Store update description. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Subscription refunds upon termination are subject to Apple's refund policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Huseyin Ataseven is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
