1. Who We Are

ReplAI ("the App") is developed and operated by Huseyin Ataseven ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at gsardahuso@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Process — And Where

ReplAI is an on-device application. All analysis is performed locally on your iPhone using Apple's built-in frameworks. The table below describes each data type and its scope:

• Conversation screenshots: Selected from your Photos library or shared via the Share Sheet extension. Processed in-memory on your device only. Never uploaded, stored, or transmitted.
• Extracted conversation text: Produced by Apple's Vision framework (on-device OCR). Passed to the on-device AI model only. Never leaves your device.
• AI-generated replies: Produced by Apple's Foundation Models (on-device language model). Displayed in the app and optionally copied to your clipboard. Never transmitted.
• Usage counter: A local count of how many analyses you have run. Stored in UserDefaults on your device. Never transmitted.
• Subscription status: Managed entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple is the payment processor; we never see your payment information. Subscription status is cached locally in an App Group container shared between the main app and extensions.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No account or registration is required.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are embedded in the app.
• No advertising identifiers or device fingerprints are collected.
• No conversation content, screenshots, or AI replies are ever sent to us or any third party.
• No location data is collected.

4. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into ReplAI is Apple's App Store and StoreKit for subscription management. When you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive only a token confirming your subscription status — no payment details.

5. App Group Shared Container

The app uses an iOS App Group container to allow the Share Extension and Action Extension to communicate with the main app. This container holds a temporary screenshot file and a one-time security nonce. Both are deleted immediately after the analysis begins. This data never leaves your device.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on external servers, most data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are exercised directly on your device:

• Delete usage data: Delete the app or go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → ReplAI → Delete App.
• Subscription management: Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

If you believe we hold any data about you and wish to exercise rights under GDPR, CCPA, or another applicable law, contact us at gsardahuso@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

ReplAI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app inappropriately, please contact us.

8. Data Security

Temporary screenshot files written to the App Group container are encrypted using iOS .completeFileProtection, which encrypts files when the device is locked. All AI processing uses Apple's on-device frameworks with no external network calls.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice through the App Store update description. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
