By downloading or using MacroMeals ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

MacroMeals provides personalised daily macro targets and meal plan suggestions for informational purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

2. MacroMeals Premium Subscription

MacroMeals offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("MacroMeals Premium") that unlocks unlimited daily meal swaps.

• Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
• Annual: $29.99 USD per year

Prices may vary by region and are confirmed at the time of purchase in the App Store.

3. Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free Features

Free users receive personalised daily meal plans with up to 3 meal swaps per day. This functionality is available without a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of MacroMeals are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.

6. Disclaimer

MacroMeals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your specific dietary needs or health goals. Nutritional calculations are estimates based on standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor) and may not be accurate for all individuals.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

This agreement is supplemental to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
