These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GD&T Pro ("the App"), developed by Hüseyin Ataseven ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as an engineering reference and calculation tool. You shall not:
The App offers free features and optional Pro features available through in-app purchases:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not handle payment information directly.
The App is a reference and educational tool. While calculations and standards information are implemented with care and based on ASME Y14.5-2018 and ISO GPS standards, the App is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. Results should be verified independently before use in safety-critical applications. We are not liable for decisions made based on the App's output.
All content, design, code, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. References to ASME Y14.5 and ISO GPS standards are used for educational and reference purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
