This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Hüseyin Ataseven ("Licensor") for the use of GD&T Pro ("the App").
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to:
Certain features require an active subscription or one-time purchase ("Pro" features). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings.
The App is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. Your data created within the App (projects, calculations, saved FCFs) remains yours.
The App provides calculations and standards references based on ASME Y14.5-2018 and ISO GPS. It is intended for reference and educational use only. The App does not replace professional engineering judgment, formal training, or official standards documents. All calculations should be independently verified before use in production or safety-critical applications.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE APP.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.
This EULA is between you and the Licensor only, not Apple. The Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
